- Dr. Meltzer follows WPATH guidelines for surgery. This means that you will need to provide one referral letter, unless otherwise specified by insurance.
- Current wait list for a surgery date: 12 months.
- Dr. Meltzer accepts cash, credit cards and medical financing. He also accepts insurance. The Meltzer Clinic contracts with Kaiser and have also worked successfully with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna and Harvard Pilgrim. Medicaid (Apple Health) is also accepted.
