Dr. Daniel J. Freet, MD, FACS, is a board certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in Houston who offers the full array of Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) procedures at the University of Texas.
Dr. Freet is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).

Surgery Requirements: Dr. Freet follows the WPATH Standards of Care Guidelines for FFS. One (1) or Two (2) Gender Therapist Letter(s) are sometimes required.
Insurance & Medicare: Insurance, including Cigna, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, as well as Medicare are accepted. Cash, credit cards, certified check, and medical financing are also accepted.
