Dr. Rex E. Moulton-Barrett, MD is a double board certified cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon in California who has been performing surgeries for trans women since 2010. Dr. Moulton-Barrett see patients from the Bay Area, Oakland, Walnut Creek and surround communities at his offices in Alameda and Brentwood.
Dr. Moulton-Barrett is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has been licensed as a physician in California since 1989. He received his medical degree from the University of Birmingham Medical School in England prior to completing surgical residency in the U.S.
Surgeries are performed at the San Leandro Surgery Center. Dr. Moulton-Barrett also has surgical privileges at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, Oakland Children's Hospital, Alameda Hospital, Alameda Hospital, and Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch.
